Get your new teeth in One day

All-in-One Dental Implant Solution

At New Foundation Dental Implant Centers, Dr. Bruce Fink and his team of implant experts offer everything needed for the full-mouth dental implant procedure in one location – allowing us to give you the highest quality care and your new teeth in just one day. Dr. Fink also works with a team of full-time lab technicians working in a state-of-the-art, in-house lab who can manufacture long-lasting and natural-looking restorations in a surprisingly short period, which, of course, saves you, the patient, time, and doctor visits. Further, we can adjust your restoration’s shades and fit while you are in the office.

The office also features other advanced technology, including a 3D cone beam scanner, a 3D intraoral digital scanner, and smile-design software so you can see your smile before the procedure. The result is precise, predictable, and beautiful results – every time.

On the day of the surgery, the entire process is usually completed in one day, and you leave our office with fully functioning teeth. At all follow-up appointments, you’ll meet with Dr. Fink – and not another doctor.

If you are tired of wearing your denture or if your denture is loose and ill-fitting, the All-on-4 or Teeth-in-a-Day procedure will help you get rid of your denture and provide you with permanent teeth. If you are about to lose your teeth or have many missing teeth, the full-mouth procedure is your answer.

About the one-day procedure
After you have met with Dr. Fink, one of our treatment coordinators will present a personalized treatment plan where you'll discuss everything, including cost. If you choose to move forward, you will schedule the dental implant procedure.

On the day of the procedure, 4 to 6 implants are surgically placed into your jaw with abutment posts. Your new teeth are then secured to the abutment posts with special prosthetic screws.

The full-mouth dental implant procedure can be completed typically in one day and done under local anesthesia – although a variety of sedation options are available.

Dr. Fink will either use your existing prosthesis or have new teeth created before the procedure so that you walk out that day with your new teeth. Discomfort from the process is usually minor and temporary.
Every part of procedure done in a first-class surgical center
At our office in Woodstock, you'll find state-of-the-art diagnostic technology like a cone beam imaging system (shown below) that provides precise, crystal-clear digital images while minimizing your radiation exposure. Other technology includes digital x-rays and digital impression taking.

We are also one of the only practices in the greater Atlanta area with a fully staffed, in-house lab that can manufacture long-lasting and natural-looking restorations on-site.
“I’m able to get a great, big smile on my face again and be confident about that. It’s an awesome feeling!”
